These two pictures do not appear possible to be the same person. After orthodontics, implants were placed where teeth were missing (every other tooth on the upper). Following healing of the implants, porcelain crowns and veneers were placed for a total smile makeover. A laser tissue lift allowed teeth to be a more pleasing length. Needless to say this has transformed Jennifer's life to go from multiple missing teeth (congentally missing), removable replacements followed by several years of orthodontics to this beautiful result.
