At the first PPM appointment we test to determine whether you are a candidate, use TENS to locate the optimal location for the musculature, and get impressions of your upper and lower teeth. The second appointment is brief and consists of making sure the PPM fits the athlete perfectly. The style of the PPM is tailored to a particular sport and its unique needs.
