One of the studies from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine using data form the 22 year old Wisconsin Sleep Cohort Study showed *The presence of mild sleep apnea increased death from cancer by 10% *Moderate sleep apnea doubled the risk of cancer death *Severe sleep apnea was associated with a five times increase in death from cancer In the second study from Spain, researcher found that severe OSA was associated with a 65% increased risk of developing cancer. If there were not already enough reasons to get your snoring and or sleep apnea evaluated or treated, now the reasons are overwhelming.  Dr. Wilcox provides solutions for snoring, sleep apnea, and CPAP intolerance.
